Bill Sutton's rather beautiful record of his version of the 18th and early 19th century 'grand tour' and probably one of the most competent draftsmen to have produced such a record. The output of his 1974 sabbatical from the University of Canterbury School of Fine Arts this high quality 1975 publication by Whitcoulls in Christchurch (printed in Japan) was the University of Canterbury Publication No. 22 (general Ed. A N Brooks). Consists in an introduction by Bill Sutton and 24 colour plates. Dust cover is poor as can be seen in the photo but the binding is very good and plates in fine condition. This is a rare book, publication numbers were low and is now difficult to find in any condition.
